True Character Design Award is a gift of love and creative empowerment from Chicago Creative Leader Kerri Soukup.
This Design Competition has been established by Kerri Soukup in 2018 for HWC DMD students, currently enrolled in HWC
DMD 299 Portfolio Seminar. Kerri donates her Visiting Artist honorarium ($ 250.00) to a student
whose submitted work demonstrates excellence in design, creativity, and conceptual development. Projects in
Computer Art, Graphic Design, Web/Multimedia Design, Animation and Motion Graphics are considered.
Kerri’s commitment is truly remarkable and our students are continuously grateful.
