This chapter explains how digital art today feels like a new version of conceptual art. Instead of just sharing ideas, artists are now using 3D software in unexpected ways. These tools were made to create realistic images, but artists are doing the opposite, they are breaking that realism on purpose. For example, artists like Brenna Murphy create objects that don’t fully exist in the real world. They feel fluid, like they could change shape at any moment. What I found interesting is that this kind of art feels like a reaction to how fake and “perfect” media looks today. Instead of trying to look real, it focuses more on ideas and emotions.
