Pía Cruzalegui

Pía Cruzalegui is a visual and curatorial artist born in Lima, Peru. Her professional experience extends broadly from design to curatorial projects. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in communications with a specialization in film and multimedia from Florida Atlantic University and Master of Fine Arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Pia is dedicated to create and promote the new mediums of art and through her approach to work she has facilitated the engagement of many artists and filmmakers with other productions, art projects and community while promoting the value of experimental works expansively. Pia is a member of VADB, Comunidad de Arte Contemporaneo de Latinoamerica, SeeMe and Fractured Atlas, and spends her time between Miami and Chicago.
