Kerri Soukup

Lecture – November 15th: Kerri Soukup grew up in Kansas and studied Graphic Design at Fort Hays State University before arriving in Chicago 20 years ago. Interestingly enough, the building she works in now has a larger population than her hometown of Ellsworth. Bringing an integrated approach to every team she leads, has been one of her most proud accomplishments. This includes, most notably, the launch and continued development of one of the largest CPG, permission-based websites in the world. Kerri thinks in big multichannel ideas but brings a rare eye for detail and perfectionism that a great integrated campaign requires. Her passion and drive have improved every campaign she’s touched, and she’s raised the creative bar for numerous clients and new business efforts across the agency.

Competiton – November 1st: This competition is intended primarily for DMD students, currently enrolled in HWC DMD program. Kerri Soukup will donate her Visiting Artist honorarium ($ 250.00) to a student whose submitted work demonstrates excellence in design, creativity, and conceptual development. Projects in Computer Art, Graphic Design and Web/Multimedia Design will be considered.
