I am a creative, a leader and I strive to be an advocate. I have built and maintained a variety of iconic brands that focus largely on non-traditional media and reinventing what relationship marketing can be in the one-to-one space. I have been at the helm of creating an integrated team and practice that includes, most notably, the launch and continued development of one of the largest CPG, permission-based websites in the world. I have creatively led the redefinition and identity of loyalty for Kellogg’s brands and contribute to multiple other brands and new business across the agency. I believe in the importance of culture – creating and leading teams that collaborate with respect and integrity, so a unique range of talent can bring their best selves to the work.

I often find myself at the intersection of empathy and creativity, collaborating to develop programs that not only energize me, but contribute to the greater good of the community around me.
